Your Adventure Awaits: Comfort, Conservation, and Connection

Regenerative Agriculture

Our commitment to regenerative agriculture creates a natural, sustainable environment where livestock thrive on nutrient-rich pasture, producing premium meat and dairy. Learn how this approach restores the land to its native post-oak savannah state, protects local ecosystems, and preserves biodiversity for future generations.

Lodging

We offer a variety of lodging options, each with its own unique atmosphere and amenities—from our Main Lodge that accommodates up to 20 guests, to South Camp with space for 10, an outdoor firepit, and nearby lake access. Our North Camp Triplex can host up to 24 guests if rented fully, or you can choose one of the themed units for a smaller, relaxing stay close to our duck hunting area.

Experiences

Test your skills at our state-of-the-art shooting range or join a seasonal guided hunt for hog, deer, or quail. Whether you're here to fish, reconnect with nature, or host a memorable event — like a corporate retreat, bachelor weekend, birthday getaway, or wedding — your visit supports the land and its wildlife in meaningful ways.

From The Owner, James Sellers

Purchasing this ranch wasn’t just a business decision for me. It’s deeply personal. My best memories growing up involved being outdoors, enjoying and studying nature. Now, in at least a small way, we’re working to not only preserve, but restore the natural habitat of this great piece of land to its post-oak savannah state and create a more natural environment for the soil, the vegetation and the animals to thrive. We’re embodying what we believe – that there’s a right way to live with the land.
